We are funders–providing scholarships to medical students applying to residency, ensuring the process is affordable and accessible.

2) Early pipeline building
We are connectors– establishing community programs, like providing transportation (on the “Thala-Bus”) for educational programs connecting students and physicians, for early introduction to healthcare and to develop the physician educational pathway and pipeline.

3) Growing the physician workforce
We are builders–strengthening access to doctors throughout the U.S., including rural and underserved communities focused on increasing access to care.
